HOW TO MAKE A GROUP BOOKING
Phone our reservation office on (02) 9130 7101 to book a table.
You will receive your unique Group Booking Reference Number
Fill out the online booking form with your table booking name, booking reference number, booking date and time, number of guests and contact details
Pay your group booking deposit ($10 per person), securely online via SecurePay (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX)
On receipt of your payment, we will contact you to confirm your group table booking
OUR GROUP BOOKING POLICY
DEPOSITS: For groups of 14 or more a deposit of $10 per person is required. This deposit amount will be deducted from the total of the bill on the day or night. Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours in advance of the booking.
CANCELLATIONS: Should you wish to cancel your group booking you must notify Hurricane’s Grill Top Ryde City Restaurant 48 hours in advance on (02) 9130 7101. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
SURCHARGE: 10% surcharge applies on public holidays
SERVICE CHARGE: 10% service charge will be added for groups of 20 and over
BYO POLICY: Hurricane’s Grill & Bar Top Ryde City does not accept BYO beverages or food brought from off-premises.
