Lovers of gin, this one’s for you! We’ve partnered with Four Pillars Gin to deliver an exclusive, one-night-only five-course dinner celebrating the pairing of premium gin and exceptional produce.

Hosted by an expert Four Pillars ambassador on Wednesday 19 August, this special dinner will take place in our beautiful Private Dining Room, with only 22 seats available to book.

The night will be a journey through five delicious courses matched with a curated selection of premium gin cocktails, for $130 per person.

Bookings are essential.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This is a strictly prepaid event. Full pre-payment of $130 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your seat.

  • The event will take place on Wednesday, 19th of August, 2026. The exact start time is 6:30 PM. Please ensure your party arrives on time so the paired food and drink courses can be served smoothly to everyone.

  • Total event capacity is strictly limited to 22 people. Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Your ticket includes a premium multi-course dinner menu perfectly paired with custom-sized cocktails presented by our guest Vanguard Brand Ambassador.

  • Tickets are fully transferable. If you can no longer make it, you are welcome to pass or sell your ticket to a friend to attend in your place.

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to someone else as noted above.

  • Because this is a strictly paired set menu, the kitchen requires at least 48 hours' notice to accommodate special dietary requirements or severe food allergies. We may not be able to guarantee menu variations on the night without this advance notice.

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA): Hurricane’s Grill strictly practices RSA. Cocktail sizes are specifically portioned for guest safety across multiple courses. Venue management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any intoxicated guests without eligibility for a refund.
