GROUP BOOKING TERMS & POLICIES

Celebrate at Hurricane’s Grill & Bar Surfers Paradise! We welcome large group bookings for birthday parties, business lunches and other special occasions. Set menus are available for 6 guests or more. Although we strongly recommend set menus for large groups they are only compulsory for groups of 20 guests or more.

• LARGE GROUP BOOKINGS: For groups of 9 or more, credit card details are required to secure your reservation.

• CANCELLATIONS: We understand that plans can change but please let us know if you intend to cancel or alter your booking 48 hours prior to your reservation to avoid incurring a cancellation fee of $150 for bookings of 9-15 and $200 for bookings of 16+.

• SURCHARGE: 10% service charge applies for groups of 20 or more. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

• SEATING TIMES: Please note bookings will be limited to 90 min for groups of up to 8. For groups of 9 and over, tables will be allocated for 120 min.

• BYO POLICY: Hurricane’s Grill & Bar does not accept BYO beverages or food brought from off-premises.

• Please note if you wish to bring a cake to your reservation, we do charge a cakeage fee of $2 per person (Max $20).

• Please inform your server of any food allergies or intolerances.

• Please note all credit card payment will incur a processing fee of up to 1.8%.

• Please let us know if you are running late by calling us on +61291307101. We can hold your table for up to 15 minutes.
