Narellan gift cards are sent via registered mail to the recipient’s address. Our gift cards are not eVouchers. You cannot download them from the website.
Note: Once you have purchased your gift card, you will have the option to download a Gift Card message. You can email to your recipient to let them know their gift card is on its way to them in the post!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift cards can be purchased directly from our restaurant 7 days a week during restaurant opening hours.
Hurricane’s Grill & Bar gift cards are physically sent via Australia Post to the recipient. A $5 handling fee applies.
Our gift cards are not eVouchers.
Postage is only available in Australia.
Postage usually takes between 2-5 business days however Australia Post is experiencing longer than usual delivery times due to COVID-19. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be delivered.
The gift card will be sent by registered mail and the recipient will be required to show ID and sign for it.
To send the gift card to yourself and then give it to another as a gift, please write your name and address as the recipient and we will post the card to your address.
If you have any special instructions, such as “leave the Recipient’s Name blank”, then please specify this in the Message box
Redeeming Gift Cards
To redeem the card the recipient must present it to the selected restaurant – Hurricane’s Grill & Bar Narellan.
Hurricane’s Grill & Bar Narellan gift cards are not redeemable at any other Hurricane’s Grill Restaurants.
Expiry: within 3 years from date of issue
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash
Hurricane’s Management Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen cards
Gift cards cannot be used for Group Deposits online
