It is home to British breed cattle, who graze in rich natural pastures enjoying a 100% grass only diet. Cape Grim beef is hand selected and rigorously graded, providing a distinct and natural marbling that is rich and full flavoured.

Renowned for its distinctive rich marbling, flavour and tenderness. Specially selected verified Angus cattle from Southern NSW, are fed a grain based ration for 120 days.
Tajima Crossbred Wagyu
MB6-7+, 400 Days grain fed, Riverina region NSW
The most famous of all the Wagyu bloodlines, originating from the Hyogo prefecture in Japan. This crossbred Wagyu is raised in the Riverina region of NSW, and is fed a specially formulated Japanese diet for a minimum of 400 days.
